ANALYST — The system of the data operative analysis
Purpose of the system
The operative analysis of the data, creation of analytical models, creation of arbitrary analytical reports.
Basic functions
- Providing of the access to the databases: MS Access, Paradox, Oracle, MS SQL, FoxPro etc.
- Creation of data displays on the basis of various databases
- Complex analysis of the data using a built — in high level language
- Representation of the miltidimensional data in the form of flat tables, cross-tables, diagrams
- Creation of arbitrary analytical queries using a graphic interface
- Export of the analysis results into external data formats: html, Excel, db, graphic formats
- Export of the aggregated information into data warehouses
- Automation of a stepwise account of analytical models
- Operative preparation of reports
Information populating of the system
Database for the creation of Program of state guarantees of the population support with free medical aid and Municipal order for Krasnoyarsk region for 2001.
Analytical models including data displays and business — objects, for the creation of Territorial program of state guarantees of rendering free medical aid to the population and Municipal orders
Implementation
The system is developed by the order of Public Health Department attached to Administration of Krasnoyarsk Region and Krasnoyarsk Regional Fund of Obligatory Medical Insurance (OMI). The system is in operation testing.

Creation of information and analytical systems for the support of administrative decision making.
